Our position
We respect authors' rights — including yours. Authors who publish with us confirm they hold the rights to their books, and we remove content that infringes someone else's copyright.
Reporting infringement
Email support@qabasic.com with: the page address on qabasic.com, a description of your original work (and where it was first published), your name and contact details, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner.
What happens next
- We acknowledge reports within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 10 working days. While we look into a credible report we may take the book off sale. We tell the author and give them a chance to respond with evidence of their rights.
- If the content infringes, it stays removed. Authors who repeatedly infringe lose access to publishing with us.
Copies of Qabasic books elsewhere
If you see a Qabasic book shared or sold without permission, please send us the link. Each copy we sell is licensed to one person; sharing it is not allowed under our Licence.
