Our approach
Because books are digital files you can open as soon as your order is confirmed, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once a book has been downloaded. We do fix problems quickly.
You can request a refund if
- The file is damaged or won't open and we can't fix it.
- You were charged but the book never appeared in your library.
- You accidentally bought the same book twice.
How to ask
Email support@qabasic.com within [7] days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are sent by bKash to the number you paid from, within [X] working days.
After a refund
The refunded book is removed from your library. Gift codes from the order stop working, and copies already redeemed from them are removed too.
